Where can I order PrepLeaders test preparation material?

To order exam guides and test preparation products, please visit our Products page. All of our products can be downloaded from our website. Or you may order CD versions of our products, which you can install and run on your computer.

You can download products immediately after making payment. If your order needs to be reviewed manually, it may take up to 12 hours before you can download your purchased product(s).

What are my payment options?

What should I do if your website rejects my credit card information?

If our website rejects your credit card information, log out and empty your computer’s web browser cache and try again. If your credit card information is again rejected, please choose a different form of payment or contact your bank/credit card company.

Why can’t I download material for which I just paid?

Product download is usually available immediately after payment but at times, it may take about 30 minutes to four hours for our staff to verify and process payments. Manual reviews may take up to 12 hours. Therefore, please allow the appropriate amount of time before you try to download a purchased product.

What should I do if my credit card is declined?

Use a different credit or debit card if your card is declined. For your convenience, we also accept payment via Western Union, PayPal or bank wire.

Do I get a receipt with my order?

A confirmation of your order is emailed to you after each transaction. You may also print a receipt for your order at the end of your transaction through our website.

What should I do if I receive an error message when I try to place an order?

The most common error is a conflict between a billing and shipping address. Your billing address must match your shipping address in order for us to approve your credit card transaction. How do I access my test preparation material?

Once you register and order test preparation material from PrepLeaders.com, we will immediately email you a User Name, Password and purchase confirmation. Use your User Name and Password to logon to the PrepLeaders website. You can download the material to your computer or opt to use the same material on our website.

How many times may I take practice tests?

Both CD and online access to practice tests depends on the type of package purchased. PrepLeaders package will expire within 3 to 12 months. However, you have an option to extend to unlimited use once they expire

What should I do if I lose my password?

You will need to request a new password. To request a new password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page of our home page. On the next page, enter the email address you used when you registered. Additional information will be required. We will immediately email you a new password or a link to reset your password.

Where can I turn to if I come across a question that is not explained on a practice exam, exam guide, CD or your website?

We do our best to include all the necessary information relevant to questions, problems, concepts and topics related to an exam. Normally our exhaustive course content covers almost all topics. Can I install an exam on both my desktop and laptop computer or on multiple PCs?

No. The authorization code we gave you will validate the test engine on only one computer. If you try to install a practice exam on a second computer, you will receive an authorization code error message.

Which type of testing modes are included in your test preparation material?

PrepLeaders’ money back guarantee applies only to its Online Practice Tests. In addition, the guarantee applies only to the registered user who purchased the product from PrepLeaders. The guarantee does not apply to exams taken on CDs or paper copies, since it is almost impossible to determine their validity. The guarantee also does not apply to our FREE online practice tests, purchases made that do not relate to your actual entrance or certification exams, failing an examination 90 days after the purchase date or failing an examination within 3 weeks of the date of purchase. How do I claim the money back guarantee?

First, delete or uninstall the old exam from your computer and go to your computer program files and delete the Prepleaders folder. If you are using the online version, clear your web browser’s cache. Second, download the latest updated version of your practice exam from our user download page using your username and password.
